Guntur: Patient Dies by Suicide at GGH

Guntur: A patient died by suicide at Government General Hospital, Guntur on Saturday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Chennamshetti Srinivas, a native of Undi village in West Godavari district. He had been admitted to the hospital for a kidney-related ailment.

According to sources, Srinivas took the extreme step when he had stepped out for a nature call on Saturday. He was working as a mason. Family members said his wife had passed away a few days ago, and he had been under distress since then.
