Guntur: MPTC, ZPTC Elections Postponed in Three Mandals

Guntur: MPTC and ZPTC elections have been postponed in three mandals of Guntur district due to difficulties in transporting election materials.
District Collector Saikant Varma said the elections in Pedanandipadu, Kakumanu and Phirangipuram mandals had been postponed with the approval of the State Election Commission.
He said it was not possible to transport election materials to the three mandals, prompting the authorities to postpone the elections.
