GMC Organises Bike Rally To Promote Medfusion Exhibition

VIJAYAWADA: Guntur Government Medical College (GMC) organised a bike rally on Saturday to create public awareness about the upcoming MedFusion Medical Exhibition.
The rally was flagged off by college principal Dr Nagarjunakonda Venkata Sundarachary from the college premises. Addressing participants, he said the exhibition aimed to educate the public on medical education, healthcare services, disease prevention and overall health protection.
He informed that the MedFusion Medical Exhibition would be inaugurated on February 4 at 9.30 am by health minister Satya Kumar Yadav.
The rally began at 11 am from the GMC campus and passed through Lakshminagar, Inner Ring Road and the city bus stand before proceeding to Ramesh Hospital junction and returning to the college.
Vice principals Dr Sridhar (administration) and Dr Madhavi (academic), vice professor Dr Maruthi and associate professor Dr Anil participated in the event. A large number of medical students and non-teaching staff also took part.
The rally drew public attention across key city locations and served as a promotional drive for the MedFusion Medical Exhibition and its public health message.
