Visakhapatnam district in-charge minister Dr Dola Sri Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy congratulated students from Gurukulam schools and welfare hostels who passed the Class 10 (SSC) examinations, commending their hard work and dedication.
He made special mention of S. Kavitha, a student from Pedapavani Gurukulam, who secured an impressive 593 marks, and extended personal congratulations for her outstanding achievement.
The minister noted that students from Gurukulam and welfare hostels achieved a commendable pass percentage of 90%, marking a significant improvement over the average of the last three years. Encouraging students to aim even higher, he expressed hope that they would reach greater academic and professional heights in the future.
In a separate statement, the minister expressed deep sorrow over the death of Visakhapatnam native Chandramouli in a recent terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir. He spoke with the bereaved family over the phone, offering his condolences and support.
Condemning the attack as a heinous and inhumane act, he conveyed heartfelt sympathy to the grieving family and called for strong action against such acts of terror.
