Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu warned the collectors, ministers, secretaries and HoDs that delay in decisions would not be tolerated. Expressing severe displeasure over the time taken to clear files at the collector level, he asked them why were they not able to show the same interest as on WhatsApp messages on clearing the files. Are you not able to sit without the phones at least for a few hours, he asked.
