Chief Minister To Inaugurate Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan In Tirupati
The Chief Minister will attend the inaugural session of the Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan from 10.15 am to 12.45 pm. The national-level event aims to highlight the link between India’s traditional knowledge systems and contemporary science, with discussions reflecting a Bharatiya perspective and regional experiences, including those of Andhra Pradesh.
TIRUPATI: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will visit Tirupati on Friday to take part in a series of official programmes, including the inauguration of the Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan at the National Sanskrit University.
According to the tentative schedule, Naidu will depart from the helipad at his Undavalli residence and reach Tirupati by helicopter around 9.50 am. He is expected to land at the Sri Venkateswara Agriculture College helipad, where public representatives and senior officials will receive him, before proceeding by road to the university campus.

After the university programme, Naidu will inaugurate the newly constructed district police office building in Tirupati. He is scheduled to return to Undavalli later in the afternoon by helicopter.
The Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan, being held from December 26 to 29, will feature interactive sessions with scientists, industrialists and thinkers, a large science book fair, exhibitions and student outreach programmes. Institutions such as the Indian Space Research Organisation, Defence Research and Development Organisation and other national research bodies are participating. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is expected to attend as a chief guest.
