Central Prison Authorities File A Petition In ACB Court Not To Allow Home Food, Personal Attendant To MP Midhun Reddy

Vijayawada:Rajamahendravaram Central Prison authorities filed a review petition in the ACB court stating that they could not permit home food and also arrange a personal attendant for the YSR Congress MP Midhun Reddy, who is serving judicial remand following his involvement in the AP liquor scam case, on Friday.

The Central Prison authorities reportedly informed the ACB court that as per the norms of the Jail Manual, a prisoner who was suffering with serious health issues or who was unable to handle his regular chores could be provided with an attendant as a special case.

The ACB court adjourned the case for the next hearing on July 29.
