BJP to Launch ‘Seva Sankalpa Abhiyan’ to Mark Modi’s 25 Years’ Public Service
Madhav asserted that Narendra Modi’s 13-year tenure as Gujarat chief minister and his subsequent service as Prime Minister has led to several development initiatives.
Vijayawada:The BJP will organise nationwide “Seva Sankalpa Abhiyan” from September 17 to October 17 to highlight Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25-year journey in public service and his contribution to the country’s development, AP BJP president P.V.N. Madhav said on Sunday.
As part of the campaign, Madhav appealed to people across Andhra Pradesh to light lamps outside their homes at 7 p.m. on September 17 and offer their blessings to Narendra Modi. He asked people to pray for the Prime Minister’s good health, longevity, strength, and continued success.
Madhav asserted that Narendra Modi’s 13-year tenure as Gujarat chief minister and his subsequent service as Prime Minister has led to several development initiatives. These achievements need to be spread among a wider section of the people, he said.
The state BJP president asked every party worker to ensure that their family members as well as people in their neighbourhood light the blessing lamp on September 17.
Madhav maintained that the lamp-lighting programme would remind people to collectively pray for Narendra Modi’s health and long life, while marking completion of his 25 years in public service.
