Bharath Inaugurates Road To Ease Kurnool Traffic

Kurnool: Kurnool is steadily moving towards becoming a smart city with a focus on improving urban infrastructure and easing traffic congestion, Minister T.G. Bharath said on Wednesday.

The minister inaugurated a newly constructed road near Ballari Chowrasta, developed to decongest one of the city's busiest junctions. The new stretch will divert traffic from Hyderabad to the new bus stand through the SAP Camp route.

Speaking on the occasion, Bharath said the government was implementing comprehensive measures to improve traffic management as part of its broader vision for the city's development.

He said the Rs 1.5-crore road project would significantly improve traffic flow in the area and added that civic infrastructure was being upgraded to meet the needs of Kurnool's growing population.
