AP Police To Issue LOC Against Accused in Visa Cheating Case
Kumar was allegedly cheated by Destiny Consultancy director Jagarlamudi Madhukar, his wife and YouTuber Rama Nandana and Madhukar’s father Mohana Rao by taking ₹15 lakh from him to renew his visa and arrange a certificate of sponsorship to the complainant’s wife
Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh police would issue a Look Out Circular against three accused in a case of cheating by collecting money from different persons with promises of providing employment and visa renewal.
This is based on a complaint lodged by a victim Siva Kranthi Kumar hailing from Kothuru village of Ibrahimpatnam mandal in NTR district in November, 2025. Kumar was allegedly cheated by Destiny Consultancy director Jagarlamudi Madhukar, his wife and YouTuber Rama Nandana and Madhukar’s father Mohana Rao by taking ₹15 lakh from him to renew his visa and arrange a certificate of sponsorship to the complainant’s wife.
They, however, failed to renew the visa and provide the proper certificate, as per the case booked by the Ibrahimpatnam police.
First accused Madhukar and second accused Rama Nandana stayed in London. When the complainant approached them for visa renewal and for the certificate for his wife, A-1 asked the complainant to deposit ₹15 lakh at a bank in Ibrahimpatnam, with a direction that his father Mohana Rao (A-3) would advise them in which bank accounts the money should be deposited.
When the promises did not materialize and the complainant demanded the money back, the accused returned ₹2 lakh. The police claimed that the accused did not respond to the notices served on them.
