AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan Discharged From Mumbai Hospital

Mumbai: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan was discharged from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on Wednesday morning, four days after undergoing shoulder surgery.

The actor-politician was admitted to the hospital on Saturday and underwent a 3.5-hour operation to treat a severe tear in the right rotator cuff muscle. During earlier check-ups, doctors had also observed injuries to the rotator cuff in both shoulders.

AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, who visited Pawan Kalyan in the hospital, stated that he was recovering very well, and we are confident that he will recover quickly," the CM added.

He also mentioned that the doctors advised Pawan Kalyan to take complete bed rest for three weeks, and he will undergo physiotherapy. Naidu said that Pawan Kalyan is also facing issues with his other shoulder, for which doctors have recommended physiotherapy and exercises. His condition will be reviewed after six months, and further treatment will be suggested if needed.
