AP Declares Sankranti Holidays for Schools From January 10 to 18
For Christian minority institutions, the Sankranti holidays will be observed from January 10 to 15.

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh government has declared Sankranti holidays for government high schools and primary schools across the state from January 10 to 18.
As per the academic calendar for 2025–26, which was announced earlier, schools will reopen on January 19.
For Christian minority institutions, the Sankranti holidays will be observed from January 10 to 15.
