AP: CM Touring Anakapalli Today
The chief minister would depart from Amaravati and reach Anakapalli district by helicopter on Saturday morning
VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu would undertake an extensive tour of Anakapalli district on Saturday to participate in a series of programmes, including one under the flagship Swarna Andhra–Swachha Andhra initiative.
The chief minister would depart from Amaravati and reach Anakapalli district by helicopter on Saturday morning. His schedule begins at 11.30am at Tallapalem in Kasimkota mandal, where he would interact with students.
Naidu would later inspect the solid waste processing centre at Bangarayyapeta village, reviewing sanitation measures and waste management practices as part of the Swachha Andhra mission. He would take part in the ‘Swarna Andhra–Swachha Andhra’ programme, which aims to promote sustainable development and cleanliness across the state.
In the afternoon, the CM would address a Praja Vedika public meeting at Tallapalem. This would be followed by a review meeting with Telugu Desam party leaders and cadre at Ugginapalem village, focusing on organisational strengthening and constituency-level issues.
Later, Naidu would hold an interaction with local fishermen.
In the evening, the CM would unveil the statue of former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee at Anakapalli. Naidu would return to Amaravati later in the night.
