AP CID Serves Notices to Two Senior IPS Officers to Attend Probe on May 5
Although CID sleuths had earlier questioned both officers, they now intend to interrogate them again based on new information obtained during the grilling of former intelligence chief P.S.R. Anjaneyulu.

Vijayawada: The AP CID has served notices to senior IPS officers Kanthi Rana Tata and Vishal Gunni in connection with a case involving the alleged harassment and illegal detention of actress Kadambari Jethwani, directing them to appear for an inquiry on May 5.
Although CID sleuths had earlier questioned both officers, they now intend to interrogate them again based on new information obtained during the grilling of former intelligence chief P.S.R. Anjaneyulu.
Both officers, currently under suspension, have already approached the AP High Court seeking anticipatory bail, which has been granted.
