KURNOOL: Water storage in the Srisailam reservoir, as of 6 pm on Saturday, has been recorded at 120.9532 TMC, with the reservoir level standing at 864.60 feet.

Officials said there are no inflows into the reservoir from the Jurala project, spillway, Sunkesula, the Handri region, or the reservoir catchment area.
Power generation is continuing at the left bank power house, which belongs to Telangana. Around 41,075 cusecs of water are being utilised for the purpose.
There is no power generation at the right bank power house, which is operated by Andhra Pradesh.
With inflows remaining nil and continued utilisation of water for power generation, water storage in Srisailam is steadily declining.
The fall in storage level is a concern, as there is no forecast of any fresh inflow into the Krishna basin in the coming days.
