ACB Court Directs Central Prison To Provide Special Amenities To Midhun Reddy
This follows a petition from the MP, who’s currently serving judicial remand in the case.
Vijayawada:The ACB special court has directed the Rajamahendravaram Central Prison superintendent to provide all special amenities to the YSR Congress MP and fourth accused in the AP liquor scam case, PV Midhun Reddy.

The special amenities included a separate room with western commode, home-cooked food including breakfast, lunch and dinner from outside, and permission to take certain medicines.
The special facilities also included pillows, mosquito net, yoga mat, walking shoes, purified water bottles, iron cot with a bed, chair, a television, a table with white paper pad, pen, and an attendant.
The MP also sought presence of two advocates for case consultations five times a week, in a separate room with privacy.
The jail superintendent was summoned to appear before the court on Tuesday to represent and submit objections, if any, with regard to the call for special amenities to the MP inside the jail.
