65,000 Devotees Expected to Take Darshan of Ayinavilli Vinayaka

Kakinada:Nearly 65,000 devotees from various parts of the state are expected for the nine-day Ganapathi Navaratri festival, celebrating the ``Swaymbhu’’ Vinaya Temple at Ainavilli in P.Gannavaram mandal from September 14 to 22.
Announcing the programmes, the district revenue officer of the Dr BR Ambedkar Konaseema district V Subba Rao advised district-level officials on Thursday to coordinate the programmes effectively.
He reviewed the Vinayaka Chaturdhi festival arrangements at the famous Varasiddhi Vinayaka Temple at Ayinavilli and said officials would make elaborate arrangements for parking, sanitation and electricity supply, access routes to the temple, as also facilitate medical emergency preparedness and queue management.
Officials from the respective mandal and panchayat would monitor sanitation maintenance in temple surroundings. They were advised to deploy nearly 20 sanitation staff daily, install an adequate number of trash bins and ensure timely removal of garbage.
The DRO advised the electricity officials to take proactive measures to provide uninterrupted power supply and arrange 80KVA capacity of two generators for achieving the purpose. He directed the medical and health department to set up a medical camp and breast care centers and clean the waiting halls and toilet facilities.
Amalapuram and Kothapeta RDOs Saralavathi, GVV Satyanarayana respectively, district panchayat officer K Santhakumari, DMHO Durga Rao and others were present.
