2 Youngsters Booked under POCSO Act for Assaulting Boy in Palnadu

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, two youngsters allegedly sexually assaulted an eight-year-old boy at Chagantivaripalem in Muppalla mandal of Palnadu district.
They reportedly took the boy outside on the pretext of playing and sexually assaulted him. When the boy was crying, his mother questioned him, and he disclosed what had happened.
Following a complaint at the police station, the police booked a case under relevant provisions of POCSO Act. The boy was shifted to Guntur Government Hospital for treatment. Further investigation is on.
