Bengaluru:As artificial intelligence continues to redefine the healthcare ecosystem, Pradyumna Kodgi, Product Manager at Oracle Health and AI, is playing an instrumental role in a global movement that combines data, design, and empathy to transform patient care. With nearly two decades of international experience in enterprise integration and automation, Kodgi is guiding Oracle’s initiatives to make healthcare predictive, proactive, and personal.

“The real promise of AI in healthcare is not automation—it’s augmentation,” Kodgi said. “AI should help people make faster, more informed decisions while keeping care personal and human.”

At the Oracle AI World Conference, Kodgi led a featured session titled “Boost Workflow Automation with Oracle Integration AI Assistant and OCI Services.” The demonstration drew global participation from healthcare executives and technologists. In his role, Kodgi showcased how the Oracle Integration AI Assistant uses natural-language design and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to transform complex workflows into adaptive, intelligent systems.

The platform’s use of modules such as Vision, Document Understanding, Speech, and Language allows hospitals to automate routine processes, accelerate diagnostics, and enhance operational agility. Observers lauded the solution as a breakthrough in AI-driven workflow orchestration, turning automation into an enabler of innovation rather than an end in itself.

Kodgi’s expertise extends beyond Oracle’s walls. A Senior Member of IEEE, he is internationally recognized for his research and contributions in ethical, human-centered AI. He recently presented and delivered a keynote at the International Conference on Intelligent Algorithms for Computational Intelligence Systems (IACIS)—a premier IEEE forum exploring emerging advances in computational intelligence and adaptive systems.

A graduate of Nitte University, Kodgi maintains active collaboration with his alma mater to advance research on AI for human-centric challenges, including healthcare accessibility and responsible automation. “Giving back to my roots through applied research and mentoring is one of the most fulfilling parts of my career,” he shared.

As a member of the IEEE AI Agent Subcommittee, Kodgi contributes to shaping international standards for autonomous systems and data-driven governance. He also serves as an organizer and mentor at IEEE AI Hackathons, where his session “Design and Build an Enterprise-Ready Agent” has inspired professionals and students across continents to develop secure, scalable AI solutions.

“Every workflow enhanced by AI brings us closer to healthcare that truly cares,” Kodgi emphasized.

Through his expertise, research, and advocacy, Pradyumna Kodgi is helping shape a future where automation serves a higher purpose—making healthcare smarter, more compassionate, and deeply human.
