Silver Prices Rise Rs 175 to Rs 2.13 Lakh Per Kg on Value Buying
The white metal gained in futures trade as bargain hunting emerged after recent sharp declines.

Silver prices on Thursday rose Rs 175 to Rs 2.13 lakh per kg in futures trade amid value buying by market participants.On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the white metal for July delivery increased by Rs 175, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 2,13,250 per kilogram in a business turnover of 2,591 lots.
Traders said bargain hunting emerged after the white metal witnessed heavy selling pressure in the previous sessions, dragging prices to multi-month lows.
In the overseas market, Comex silver futures increased 0.21 per cent to USD 57.53 per ounce.
