Shah to Attend MP Growth Summit in Gwalior Today
Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav will also attend the programme
Bhopal: Union home minister Amit Shah is scheduled to unveil the Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit- 2025 at Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday.
Mr. Shah is scheduled to arrive at Gwalior by a special flight from Chandigarh late on Wednesday evening and spend the night in Gwalior, official sources said.
He is scheduled to inaugurate the ‘Abhyudyaya MP Growth Summit-25”, being held by the state government at the Mela Ground in Gwalior on Thursday.
Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav will also attend the programme.
Sources said that Mr. Shah may visit the ancestral home of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Behari Vajpayee in Gwalior city on the occasion of the latter’s 101st birth anniversary on Thursday.
Although officially Mr. Shah’s scheduled visit to late Vajpayee’s ancestral home in Gwalior city was yet to be confirmed, heavy security arrangements have been made at the place.
A road leading to the former PM’s ancestral home was renovated a couple of days ago.
Mr. Shah is scheduled to leave for Delhi from Gwalior on Thursday afternoon.
