Hyderabad: Railway stations across the country were lit up on Tuesday in a radiant tribute to the Indian armed forces. This was a part of Indian Railways’ initiative to express gratitude to the nation’s defence forces, a statement said.

In Hyderabad, the historic Kachiguda railway station was illuminated in the colours of the National Flag. Railway personnel also conducted Tiranga marches at several stations, raising patriotic slogans as they marched with the national flag.

To take the story of Operation Sindoor’s success to the people, Indian Railways organised a series of events aimed at strengthening the public’s sense of nationalism and respect for the armed forces. Complementing the Tiranga Yatras, impactful nukkad nataks were staged at multiple railway stations, powerfully depicting the spirit and significance of Operation Sindoor in a relatable manner.
