CHANDIGARH: Punjab police on Sunday busted an ISI-sponsored Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terror module and arrested a key operative from Jalandhar.
Police seized an IED containing 1.3 kg of high explosive with shrapnel and ball bearings, foiling a suspected terror plot. Investigators are probing foreign handlers and local links behind the conspiracy.
