Adampur: The Prime Minister visited the Indian Air Force's Adampur Air Base, a key strategic air station, to assess operational readiness and meet personnel.

Greeted by senior IAF officials, including the Chief of Air Staff, PM Narendra Modi received a Guard of Honour and laid a wreath at the war memorial to honor fallen air warriors.
The Prime Minister reviewed a briefing on the base’s role, modernization, and capabilities, discussing future infrastructure development and personnel welfare.
He observed an aerial display of IAF fighter aircraft, showcasing precision and tactical maneuvers, and interacted with pilots and technical staff.
Addressing personnel, he praised the IAF’s role in national security and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to enhancing defense through technology and welfare.
He concluded by meeting young officers and trainees, urging them to pursue excellence.
The visit highlighted the government’s focus on defence and Adampur Air Base’s critical role in securing India’s northern airspace.
