AAP alone following Mahatma Gandhi's line: Dr T. Seva Kumar

AAP state secretary Dr T. Seva Kumar said Gandhi preached non-violence but sadly, today's politicians are increasingly adopting violence to rob public money and called upon the youth to come forward to change the society.

GUNTUR: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders claimed that their party alone was following the principles of Mahatma Gandhi and implementing the same in Delhi for Swachh politics and transparent governance. 

They were speaking at a meeting held in Guntur observing the death anniversary of  Gandhi on Tuesday.

AAP state secretary Dr T. Seva Kumar said Gandhi preached non-violence but sadly,  today's politicians are increasingly adopting violence to rob public money and called upon the youth to come forward to change the society. 

He said that Gandhi sacrificed his life for Independence but even now, there are many struggling to earn a livelihood in democratic India.

Mr Seva Kumar expressed concern over the increasing violence and extremism among the youth asked the younger generations to follow the path of peace and non-violence.

AAP senior leader V Mohan Rao said that AAP following the path of Gandhi by adopting his principles to serve the public in Delhi State hence the public voted to AAP for two times giving power.  AAP Guntur district convener S Srinivas Reddy, Raman Babu, Bhima Naik and others addressed the meeting.
