Vijayawada: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has appealed to the Telangana government to rectify the anomalies in the written test for recruitment of police sub-inspector/constable held in 2022 for the benefit of job aspirants.

In a tweet, he said that some job aspirants from Telangana met him at Bhimavaram in West Godavari on Tuesday and submitted a representation seeking his intervention.

Referring to the representation, he said four questions that were given were not in accordance with the syllabus given for the test. He added that though the students approached the TS government raising their objection, there was no response from the government.

He said that 15 students had died by suicide after they failed to clear the test. He questioned how the TS government was going ahead with recruitment process even as the case was pending in the court.

Pawan Kalyan appealed to Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and minister K.T. Rama Rao to consider the anguish of the job aspirants and take appropriate decision to resolve the issue.
