Decision on rapprochement only after consulting Sasikala: Dhinakaran

CHENNAI: “I don’t take any decision on my own. I will consult my general secretary Chinamma (V.K. Sasikala) and listen to her before deciding on anything,” said rebel AIADMK leader T.T.V. Dhinakaran on Sunday.

He was responding to a question from a reporter during his post-victory press conference outside the Queen Mary’s College on what next for the AIADMK where there was any rapprochement possible with the EPS-OPS camp.

“AIADMK that Chinamma heads is a democratic party and decisions are taken only after consultations within the party. I take decisions only after consulting Chinamma and other leaders who are much experienced and senior to me,” Dhinakaran said.
