Antony panel was a farce: KPCC president M M Hassan

KOZHIKODE: KPCC president M.M. Hassan said here on Thursday that the commission that exonerated  former minister A.K. Saseendran had not probed his role in the honey trap case properly.   "The commission did not check the voice and bluntly stated that it was edited," he alleged.  "How can the commission state that it was fake and edited without checking? Why they were not probing Saseendran's role in the issue? The judicial probe is a farce," he said. 

Mr Hassan added that chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan was showing  double standard when restricting the media at the secretariat.   "Though he uses the media when he is  in the opposition, he is allergic towards it when he is in power. He is protecting P.V. Anwar MLA  like  Thomas Chandy. The government is letting Anwar to encroach more lands in Malappuram,"  he  said.
