YSRC leader Vijayasai Reddy plans privilege notice against Naidu

The party leaders said that the legislator, who was on an indefinite fast till he was shifted to the government general hospital on Sunday evening after his arrest on Saturday, took part in a party programme where some TD functionaries from the 18th division joined the YSRC.

Hyderabad: YSRC leader Vijayasai Reddy, said he would issue privilege notice against AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for his remarks on Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

He told mediapersons on Friday that as an MP he had the right to meet the Prime Minister. Mr Naidu made humiliating comments against the PMO and that was why he had decided to issue a privilege notice against him.

Mr Reddy said Mr Naidu had the habit of snapping ties with parties and again joining them. He alleged that Naidu was trying to reunite with NDA as there were some cases against him.

Sujana denies meeting Jaitley

Former Union Minister Y. Sujana Chowdary denied the allegations that he met Union finance minister Arun Jaitley to discuss the special package for AP.

Until the matter of special status to was resolved, there was not scope for any discussion. He said YSRC was playing a 'mind game’ and TD knew how to face it.
