Chennai: Reiterating his charge that the ruling party and the AIADMK rebel TTV Dhinakaran were indulging in large-scale distribution of money for votes, DMK working president M.K. Stalin on Monday called upon the Election Commission to ban the concerned candidates from contesting in elections ever.

“I am repeating my demand to the EC that the concerned candidates, particularly the AIADMK's Madhusudanan, should be banned for life from contesting in elections”, Stalin told reporters here.

“This distribution of money is happening right in the presence of police officials and money is even being carried in police vehicles. The Election Commission here is in collusion with this”, Stalin alleged.
