Vijayabaskar will not resign, TTV Dhinakaran asserts

Chennai: Scotching speculation, AIADMK deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran on Thursday said health minister C. Vijayabaskar will not be removed from the Cabinet after the I-T raids since “he has done no wrong.” Visiting the R K Nagar constituency, where the bypolls were cancelled by the Election Commission after wide-spread allegations of cash for votes, Mr Dhinakaran said there was no change in his candidature from the seat as and when elections take place.
