Vijayawada: Pirated and apparently a wrong version of autobiography “Naalo Naatho YSR”, written by Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's mother and YSRC honorary president Y. S. Vijayalakshmi, is being widely circulated since Saturday in the form of PDF copies on social media platforms.

TTD Board chairman Y. V. Subba Reddy asserts that there is no connection between the original Naalo Naatho YSR and the PDF version in circulation. He said a complaint has already been lodged with AP DGP Goutam Sawang seeking stern action against those circulating the pirated version of the book.

When the book was first published by the wife of late Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, its initial lot of 5,000 copies got sold on the released day itself. The publishers of Naalo Naatho YSR were preparing to release the second edition of the book on Monday when the PDF copies of the book started circulating on social media from Saturday.

Vijayalakshmi discloses in the book that her name on her wedding card, according to the Jathakam (horoscope), was mentioned as Rajeswari, with the wedding scheduled on September 2, 1972. She says no one at the time called her Rajeswari and it was only for the wedding purpose.

YSR’s spouse further recalled in the book that P. Ramanjula Reddy had predicted at the time of her wedding that she will live like a Rani (queen). She said though YSR had become the chief minister of AP twice with hearty support of the public, she did not behave like a Rani. Vijayalakshmi also mentions Y. S. Vivekananda Reddy in the book as "Vivekam Anna". She says YSR had immense love and affection towards his brothers.

The TTD chairman suspects that circulation of fake PDFs on the social media is a conspiracy to defame YSR family. He asked people, including YSR fans, to be wary of this aspect and not trust the online version.
