Mallikarjun Kharge to attend Jaibharat Satyagraha' meeting

Hyderabad: AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge will be attending ‘Jaibharat Satyagraha’ public meeting in Mancherial on April 14, which is also Dr B.R. Ambedkar jayanti.
CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka who started his walkathon from Boath, Adilabad district, as part of ‘Haath se Haath Jodo’ abhiyan on March 16 will be reaching the town on that date.
Speaking to mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan, PCC working president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud said that the meeting would attract a large audience and would expose the failures of the BRS and BJP governments.
"The way political drama is unfolding in the state over the TSPSC paper or SSC paper leak it is clear that the BRS and the BJP are hand in glove. Despite serious allegations against KCR or his daughter Kavitha, none were arrested. In fact the national agencies have turned Kavitha into a national leader," he felt.
Responding to a question from Deccan Chronicle, Mahesh Kumar said that the PCC was trying to convince the AICC leadership in this regard and expressed the hope that party leader Priyanka Gandhi would attend in upcoming public meetings. "We are hopeful that Priyanka Gandhi will be present in one of the public meetings in this month," he informed.
