Implement ITIR project in Hyderabad: Telangana BJP to Ravi Shankar Prasad

K. Laxman said that the BJP would celebrate Hyderabad Liberation Day on September 17 across the state if the TS government failed to do it officially.

Hyderabad: The TS BJP on Friday urged Union law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad to speed up implementation of ITIR project in Hyderabad by granting needed funds and development of IT, ITES parks in tier-II cities in Telangana State.

In a memorandum to the Union Minister, TS BJP president K. Laxman wanted the Centre to develop Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Khammam and Mahbubnagar and include them in tier-II cities by provided sufficient funds and development infrastructure.

In another memorandum, the ABVP sought establishment of law university in every state and bringing all law colleges under its purview, a national-level research centre in every state for law students, financial assistance to practicing junior advocates for five years, establishment of law department in university of Hyderabad, among others.
