No berth for Telangana, Andhra Pradesh in Modi's Cabinet

Hyderabad: Reversing early speculation, developments late on Saturday indicated that neither BJP general secretary P. Muralidhar Rao from TS nor Mr Kambhampati Haribabu and Gokaraju Gangaraju from AP would find a place in Sunday’s reshuffle of the Narendra Modi Cabinet.

No one would be inducted into the Union Council of Ministers from TS or AP, a key source in the BJP said on Saturday. It was stated earlier that Mr Haribabu or Mr Gokaraju could take the slot of Union minister of state Ashok Gajapathi Raju.
