New Nirmal collectorate nearing completion

Adilabad: Forest minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy and collector Musharaff Farooqui Ali inspected the Integrated Collectorate Complex in Nirmal on Wednesday. Speaking to officials, the minister asked them to complete all finishing touches at the collectorate complex by February 15.

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will be invited to inaugurate the complex on an auspicious day in the first week of March.

Nirmal district will be the first district in the region to have its own integrated collectorate building. Construction of integrated buildings in districts of Mancherial, Komaram Bheem and Adilabad are yet to start.

Collector Farooqui Ali and minister Indrakaran Reddy have been frequently reviewing the construction of the integrated complex in Nirmal for past two months.

The minister informed officials that he will take a Muhurat date for inauguration of the integrated collectorate building and invite the Chief Minister for the same once all works are completed by February 15.

Indrakaran Reddy said all government departments will be available to people at one place in the integrated building. They need not go around various offices unlike in the past.
