MUMBAI: Bhubaneswar-headquartered GovTech major CSM Technologies Ltd. on Thursday entered the capital market with its listing on the mainboards of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), following the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), in a move widely seen as a landmark for Odisha's fast-growing technology ecosystem.
The ceremonial listing at the BSE was marked by the traditional ringing of the listing gong, attended by the company's leadership, Board members, senior executives and distinguished guests, underscoring a journey that has transformed a homegrown technology enterprise into a global digital governance player.
Addressing the gathering, Priyadarshi Pany, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSM Technologies Ltd., described the listing as a defining moment not only for the company but also for Odisha's technology ambitions.
"Today's achievement is far more than a stock market listing. It represents the coming of age of Odisha's technology aspirations. From our humble beginnings in Bhubaneswar to enabling governments and enterprises across continents, our journey has been built on the unwavering trust of our customers, investors, employees and partners," Pany said.
"Being listed on the mainboards of both the BSE and NSE is as much a responsibility as it is an honour. As a publicly listed company, we remain committed to pushing the frontiers of digital innovation, strengthening our global footprint and creating sustainable long-term value for all stakeholders, while staying true to the values that have shaped our growth," he added.
Founded in Bhubaneswar, CSM Technologies has grown into a multinational GovTech enterprise with operations across 20 cities in 14 countries. Industry observers view the listing as a watershed moment for Odisha's technology landscape, signalling the emergence of Bhubaneswar as a credible technology and innovation hub. The successful public market debut is expected to boost investor confidence in the state's startup and technology ecosystem while encouraging entrepreneurs to build globally competitive enterprises from Odisha.
CSM's IPO drew healthy investor participation across categories, reflecting confidence in the company's business model, execution capabilities and long-term growth prospects.
