I.N.D.I.A set for a big win in Jharkhand

Former CM and BJP candidate Babulal Marandi leading from Dhanwar seat

BJP candidate and former Jharkhand chief minister Babulal Marandi is leading from the Dhanwar Assembly seat.

BJP candidate Sita Soren, who is also the daughter-in-law of JMM supremo Shibu Soren and wife of late Durga Soren, is leading from the Jamtara Assembly constituency.

JMM candidate Mahua Maji is leading from the Ranchi Assembly seat.

Jharkhand Chief Minister and JMM candidate Hemant Soren is leading in the Barhait Assembly seat, while BJP’s Gamliyel Hembrom is trailing.

The Congress party has taken the initial lead on the Ramgarh seat.

BJP led NDA is leading in postal ballots

Half an hour has passed that counting of postal ballots has started. The BJP-led alliance is extending its lead in Jharkhand (39).

The BJP-led NDA is leading in 16 seats in Jharkhand. The INDIA bloc, led by Hemant Soren’s JMM, is leading in 6 seats.

The early trends have started coming in and the BJP is leading in Jharkhand in 6 seats, INDIA bloc in 3. 

With the early trends coming in, the BJP-led alliance Jharkhand seem to be leading the Opposition parties.
