The company's 13,600+ India team is increasingly driving product engineering, AI innovation, automation and platform modernization, helping organizations simplify complex workforce challenges. A natural progression from the previous years' themes of Think Beyond and Think Beyond for a New Era, this year's celebration underscored ADP's belief that while artificial intelligence is transforming the workplace, human ingenuity, judgment, empathy, and leadership remain at the heart of innovation and business success.

The jubilant evening featured an exciting showcase of performances by ADP associates, including live music, high-energy dance acts, and cultural presentations that reflected the diversity, creativity, and collaborative spirit of ADP's workforce. Over the last 27 years, ADP India has grown from 102 associates to over 13,600 associates. What started as a back-office operation has transformed into a hub for high-value, innovation-driven work. Today, ADP India is recognized as the backbone of ADP's innovation and business process improvement efforts.

Building a future-ready workforce means strengthening both digital fluency and human capability, so our people feel confident, adaptable, and empowered to thrive in an AI-enabled world."
