Tamil YouTuber Irfan Car Accident: SUV Runs Over Woman on GST Road

Chennai: Tamil YouTuber Irfan Car ran over a woman on Thursday night at Maraimalai Nagar in Tamil Nadu. It is learnt that Irfan's relative Azaruddin was driving at the time of accident. The vehicle was a Mercedes Benz SUV, said a news report.

The woman who was run over by Irfan's car, was working at a security guard at a university and has been identified as 55-year-old Padmavathi, a resident of Maraimalai Nagar.

Reports state that Irfan's SUV was heading from Chengalpattu to Chennai while it ran over Padmavathi who was crossing the GST road near the municipal office. Padmavathi died on the spot.

The Tambaram police rushed to the spot and moved her body to the hospital for post-mortem. The police has also arrested the driver and detained the vehicle. They have also filed a case under IPC section 304A,death due to negligence.
