HMDA takes up beautification work at Tank Bund

HYDERABAD: The HMDA has taken up beautification work at the Tank Bund where new pots with foxtail palms will be placed along the railing.

The HMDA said 320 hand-painted pots were being placed at a distance of five metres from each other along Tank Bund.

Local artists painted the pots with flowers and human figures. The work will be completed by Sunday after the painting of the pots and plantation of saplings. The work comes just ahead of the inauguration of the Secretariat and the Telangana Martyrs Memorial on February 17.
