HYDERABAD: A two-judge bench of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice V. Bhasker Reddy of the Telangana High Court directed TS Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) not to interfere with an ayurvedic unit in Moosarambagh, Hyderabad. Med Manor Organics Pvt. Ltd had filed a writ petition stating that the joint chief environmental engineer of the PCB had issued proceedings preventing it from running the plant. The petitioner contended that the plant was engaged in preparing ayurvedic oil by mixing camphor oil, eucalyptus oil, lemon grass oil and coconut oil. The Chief Justice asked how the operation of the plant was suspended without issuing notice to the petitioner. The bench stayed the proceedings till December 6.
