Anantapur: TTD Trust Board chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has expressed happiness that the twin Brahmotsavams of Tirumala – Srivari Salakatla and Navaratri – have been held to the utmost satisfaction of pilgrims.

Addressing media on Tuesday along with TTD EO A.V. Dharma Reddy at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala after completion of Chakra Snanam on the last day of Navaratri Brahmotavams, Karunakar Reddy described the twin brahmotsavams as a massive success. He attributed it to coordinated efforts of TTD officials and employees with support from Srivari Sevaks, NCC students, district administration, RTC and police.

The TTD chairman said for the first time, popular artists from 15 states across the country presented art forms of their respective states with finesse, much to the admiration of devotees during the Vahana Sevas. He maintained that the Garuda Vahana Seva stood out, with TTD providing satisfactory darshan to each and every pilgrim.

TTD board members Deshpande, Venkata Subba Raju, Nagasatyam, Yanadaiah, Dr. Tippeswami, Aswartha Naik and Vemireddi Prasanthi, JEOs Sada Bhargavi and Veerabrahmam, CVSO Narasimha Kishore and CE Nageswara Rao were among those present.
