Mohan M Shatanagoudar is Kerala's Chief Justice

Kochi: Justice Mohan M. Shatanagoudar of the Karnataka High Court will be the new Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court. The Centre has approved the recommendation of the Supr-eme Court Collegium in this regard. Justice Shatanagoudar has replaced Ashok Bhu-shan who has joined the Supreme Court as judge. Currently Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan is the acting Chief Justice of the Kerala HC. Justice Shatanagoudar is number three in seniority in Karnataka HC.
