Viral Video: Dog's Day Out in Mexico Football Field

It was a dog’s day out in a football field. A video showing a dog invading into a football pitch has gone viral on social media. According to information, the dog interrupted a Liga de Expansión MX match between Alebrijes Oaxaca and Dorados on September 28.

After entering the field, the dog grabbed the football and ran around, even as the players and security guards tried to catch it. However, the crowd enjoyed the interruption as they cheered on after the dog began running around the field with the ball.

After completing the match, the winning team Alebrijes Oaxaca posted an update with the dog on X and wrote that the four-legged football enthusiast was with them.

A day later they posted an update about the dog from a vet clinic and mentioned that the dog was undergoing some medical tests. It appears that the team is adopting the dog.

In April 2022, a police dog entered the field during the Brazilian football state championship final. During the second half of the intense game between Náutico and Retrô, in Aflitos, where the latter won by 1 goal, the canine entered the field and ran around like it owned the place.
