Career Mosaic to expand TS ops over demand for US education

Hyderabad: Representatives of as many as 15 American universities interacted with city students on Tuesday, given the high demand from the city for admissions in US varsities.

Career Mosaic, South Asia’s largest student recruiter to US varsities, said it will triple its operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, besides expanding its network from 200 to 375 representatives by next year.

Representatives from the University of North Texas, San Jose State University, California State University Long Beach, Memphis University, Kansas State, UMass Lowell, Middle Tennessee State University and Virginia Commonwealth University were in Hyderabad.

They said that 75 per cent of the study-abroad applications come from AP and Telangana region. In the years after the pandemic, the number shot up, they said.
