Teenmaar Malanna detained

Hyderabad: Chintapandu Naveen, aka, Teenmaar Malanna, and his followers were reportedly detained by the police on Tuesday night.
A team of policemen dressed in mufti entered into Malanna’s Q News office in Peerzadiguda and took Mallanna, his staff and some of his followers into custody. Another police team guarded the entrance of Malanna’s office not allowing followers from entering inside the office.
The team within a few minutes placed Malanna and others in their vehicles and left the place, reliable sources disclosed..
The locals at Peerzadiguda state that they have seen more than four police teams dressed in mufti entering Malanna’s office. Later they took Malanna and other persons in their vehicles.
There were over five complaints lodged against Malanna in the city, Cyberabad, and Rachakonda by Telangana Jagruthi activists and other followers for giving derogatory speeches on MLC K Kavita. A complaint was also lodged with Rachakonda cybercrime against Malanna, police sources disclosed.
Soon after taking him into custody the officials grabbed the mobile phone from Malanna and others and switched them off. However the senior police officials refused to disclose the details about the arrest.
