IIT-Kharagpur student from Telangana commits suicide

A fourth-year electrical engineering student of IIT-Kharagpur, K. Kiran Chandra,  was found hanging from the ceiling of his hostel room Though he was immediately taken to the hospital, couldn't save his life. Kiran was staying in a room in Lal Bahadur Shastri Hall.
 
The student is from Toopran, Medak district in Telangana. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
