New electricity tech for city

HYDERABAD: Prabhakar Rao, TS Trasnco and Genco chairman and managing director said power utilities in the state would introduce high temperature low sag conductors to improve power services in urban areas. They would replace the aluminium conductor steelreinforced in place, first in the GHMC area. He was speaking at an event where power staff had gathered to sing the National Anthem en masse at 11.30 am at Vidyut Soudha. Power utilities were striving to provide quality for TS-iPASS, 24x7 free power for the agriculture sector, Mission Bhagiratha, lift irrigation scheme and all categories of customers.
