Vijayawaada: Security has been beefed up for Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court judge B. Satya Venkata Hima Bindu following the remand of Telugu Desam (TD) supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development scam.
The police have enhanced the security cover being provided to the judge as a precautionary measure to ensure her safety. The additional advocate general Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy, who is representing the government in the case, has also been provided with additional security.
The move comes after Naidu's counsels' move to get him house remand was thwarted by the court. Naidu is currently lodged in the Central Prison in Rajahmundry.
